Seed to Soul is ACT’s annual celebration of food, culture, and community on Aquidneck Island. Returning for its second year, this special gathering brings together farmers, chefs, local businesses, and neighbors for an afternoon of local flavors, connection, and celebration at Ragged Island Brewing.
This year’s event marks ACT’s 10th anniversary—a decade of building a stronger local food system through farmers markets, community gardens, youth education, farm support, and food access initiatives. Proceeds from Seed to Soul support ACT’s ongoing programs and the future of The Table: the first ever food and community hub on Aquidneck Island.
With your support:
Children grow, harvest, and taste fresh food through hands-on learning programs.
Neighbors cultivate connection and community through shared garden spaces.
Local farmers, fishers, and food entrepreneurs gain access to markets and opportunities.
Families across Aquidneck Island have greater access to fresh, local food.
The Table moves closer to becoming a reality—a year-round gathering place where food, community, and opportunity come together.

Introducing the Giving Garden
The Giving Garden is ACT’s creative twist on a traditional silent auction. Rather than bidding on items, guests make a direct donation at designated giving levels ($50, $100, $250, or $500) and receive a donated item, experience, or gift of equal or greater value.
Interested in donating an item or experience to the Giving Garden?
Please reach out to info@actlocalri.org to learn more.
